The course follows a 'Learn and Practice' approach, structured into three key steps for language learning. First, students learn words, phrases, and conversations in class. Then, they visit local stores to shop or order food in English, providing an excellent opportunity to practice their skills and expand their vocabulary.

To support the course activities, shopping venues include supermarkets, bakeries, electronics stores, boutiques, dairy shops, delis, fashion stores, grocery stores, greengrocers, hardware stores, and pharmacies.

Dining options for practicing ordering include pizza places, fried chicken restaurants, local eateries, drink shops, and Chinese restaurants. These experiences allow students to order their own meals, providing more opportunities to speak English and build confidence in their English-speaking skills.

Each course includes a specially designed 'task study sheet' featuring vocabulary, phrases, conversations, and task cards to guide students through the learning experience.
