ALV Chinese Academy 教學團隊編制適合幼兒、小學、國中及成人的各級教材，涵蓋超過 100 冊專業漢語教學課本與手冊，適用於各個年齡層。除了漢語教材外，ALV Chinese Academy 亦會根據排定課表編寫不同程度的教學講義，以實現「I+1」的教學原則。學生開課前需參加漢語分班測驗，並依據測驗成績分班，確保選用合適的教材進行學習。
The ALV Chinese Academy teaching team has developed a diverse range of teaching materials tailored for children, elementary school students, junior high school students, and adults. With over 100 professional Chinese teaching textbooks and manuals, the curriculum caters to learners of all ages. In addition to Chinese textbooks, ALV Chinese Academy also prepares teaching handouts at different levels according to the class schedule to implement the "I+1" teaching principle. Before starting classes, students take a Chinese placement test, and based on their test results, they are assigned to appropriate classes with suitable teaching materials.
